Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Everstage as our commissions management platform for our sales team. The platform is primarily used to calculate commissions based on certain rules and notify the payee through a custom dashboard view. We manage our commissions workflow from calculations to payout through the platform and it is also used as our first line of defence in-case of support.

Everstage is well-suited for organizations that have a large, dispersed sales team and complex commission rules that require heavy calculations. It also presents a strong use case for the transparency and real-time accessibility of eligible payouts, which hold significant value for sales teams.

It is very well suited for all Sales Teams that have a significant split with commission plans.

Everstage was a game changer for me in understanding how I am paid, how my deals contribute and where my focus should be.

The easier and more basic the commission plan is, the less relevant such a tool becomes. But I would generally recommend it.

As an Account Executive, it is important for me to have visibility to my commissions, and that it is accurately calculated.

With Everstage, I can log in to check my commissions, and review the calculations to make sure it's accurate.

Dashboard is easy to use. Nothing too complicated.

I find Everstage both efficient and effective.

We use Everstage for our sales team. It has helped us in eliminating g-sheets for calculating commissions for the team. It eliminates all the manual efforts and saves time. Just create a workflow and you are good to go!

  • It's a no code platform that is super easy to use

Cons

  • Handling complex commissions calculations as it may requires some workarounds.
  • Notifications can sometimes be hard to prioritise for the users and they miss some important notifications.
  • Mobile app has limited feature accessibility as it does not have the flexibility of detailed reporting.

I would recommend 10/10 primarily because it has saved so much time and manual efforts for my team. It's super easy to use for someone who is relatively new to the platform.

Everstage is helping us in managing the commissions for the sales team. Earlier, everything needed to be managed manually through Excel sheets, but with Everstage, everything is now automated and made life easier for ops and for the sales team.

Everstage is used for keeping track of the variable/commission payout. I use it to understand the commissions that are attributed to my work. It allows me to monitor my goals, and most importantly what to expect with compensation each period. Quite an easy-to-use interface, very simple and yet effective.
