We use factorial for all sorts of HR-related tasks. But mainly for 2. Employee time off requests and tracking and recruitment. It has allowed for seamless recruitment and management of candidates throughout all the stages of the process we have established. We also have in this place all sorts of documents, contracts, payroll, and other things we are trying to incorporate to keep everything in one place.

Likelihood to Recommend
I am not fully convinced about factorial HR yet. We are about to transition to a new tool after using Recruitee for a long time. The bar was high when it came to recruitment ATS. and Factorial HR is multifaceted but not as well structured or functional. Support in other languages should also be improved, as those are the most common reviews I have seen online.
