Our organization uses and promotes the use of Frey Municipal Software and its CUBIC service package for municipal and utility billing. It is a comprehensive billing solution created for municipal use. The platform is very easy to use and enhances our organizational capabilities when it comes to customer (resident) management.

If you are a municipality/municipal authority this is a great solution for billing your residents/customers. This software was developed specifically for the Public Sector. For our organization, the integration of this software solution was pretty seamless. The offerings provided by Frey Municipal Software (CUBIC) are likely best suited for a larger municipality (2,500 pop. and above). You will need appropriately trained staff to implement and use it.
