It helps us securely sign documents. It allows the customers to digitally sign the documents and close deals faster. It allows us to perform a great deal of CRM functions which are critical to our business and has helped us a great deal in our business. Our use case has increased by receiving an esignature solution.

It is best suited to sign documents securely. GetAccept has stood our for us due to their integration capabilities and great support team. In my opinion, it is least suited in performing marketing activites as their dashboards aren't clear and the templates are not created within the program which makes it a double up of work for our team.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Since we bought GetAccept we only need 3 minutes to be able to configure, send and sign our first documents online. It is the best software to make ourselves known and to start writing our digital signature in the market. If we do not have money to buy the licenses GetAccept allows us a free trial to test all the benefits before making such a purchase. GetAccept can be integrated with several programs and API configurations are done almost immediately.

Pros

GetAccept gives us quick training options for all personnel who will be using this electronic signature software and everyone who has the proper authorization can leave the signature.
GetAccept allows us to automate the collection of signatures for any report, project, or legal agreement that needs to be completed and can automate the payment for it if the client approves it as such.
GetAccept makes the sending and forwarding of any document secure and fast, not to mention the automatic signing of the document itself.

Cons

Sometimes you buy a GetAccept license and you get a higher charge assuming that we are buying for several months, this is then solved with customer support, but it is time that is wasted doing that kind of management.
We need several functionalities that adapt both a Zapier and API integration, we demand an update or at least have an improvement in these cases.
Improvements are needed in the verification requirements of the W-9 files as they require SSN or EIN or sometimes both, but can only skip the verification point with only one of them.

Likelihood to Recommend

GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use GetAccept purely for educational purposes in Business Management courses in the university where I work. GetAccept is very useful for interactive activities with students during courses. In particular, we use it in mapping potential stakeholders of new products and verifying models to shorten the overall sales cycle. In particular, we use the free version of the software. GetAccept is also very useful in the mobile version, thanks to which students can interact even outside of class hours.

Pros

GetAccept allows you to speed up all analyzes aimed at shortening a sales cycle.
The mobile version allows us to increase the interaction of our students.
It allows you to easily keep under control the exchange of all the documentation of a contract with a customer.

Cons

The graphical interface needs some improvements, especially on the mobile version, to speed up the various operations.
Some operations are not fully automated. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal.
GetAccept does not allow you to gradually monitor the changes made by customers.

Likelihood to Recommend

As mentioned, GetAccept is also very useful in the didactic field to carry out simulations of sales contracts. The interactivity of the software also allows you to increase the efficiency and quality of students' work. I find the procedures for sending, signing and receiving documents very efficient. Some operations, such as creating templates, are less valuable as they are somewhat static and not very dynamic. The possibility of associating multiple entities (in our case, the students) to the same project is advantageous.

It has the features related to the live chat, and for the proposed design and document tracking for helping with E signature facilities In order to help buyers and sellers engage in the natural way with the world of digitalization. GetAccept has a streamlined user interface that quickly understands a robust platform for increasing sales. We use their automation tools and CRM integration to track every contract and sales proposal with powerful features and dashboards. It is effortless to send and get documents and signatures because it works right with our CRM. We can use it to promote, send, create, and track sales in one place. GetAccept has a high level of quality that we found in its customer service, organization, and product. We’ve seen how it tracks and analyzes potential customer interactions. One of the essential asset features is combining sales tools such as Salesforce and Pipedrive. It is an excellent tool that assists us in remaining productive.

In the end, it was a pleasure to interact with GetAccept. Video chat makes it easy for me to communicate with my clients, which helps to expedite the sales process. GetAccept made the switch from paper enrollment simple. It is straightforward to convert due to its wide accessibility. Video recording, flexible expiration time, notifications, proposals, and other work are available to you as part of an ecosystem that encourages great teamwork. Once accustomed, it's fine, but it could be better.

This is a customer service company that provide different software services and solution to the companies, for do that they offer a variety of digital packages to the customer according them necessities and Get Accepted provide us the opportunity to purchase in a easy way that packages and keep in contact with the customer a long of the process.

Pros

The software is user friendly and the employees understand how to use in a couple of weeks
Have a great interaction with the customers
Create confidence between the customer and the company
Get accepted help to the customers to understand the terms of the agreements, saving a lot of time for the company

Cons

In some cases could be angry that software ask you for feedback many times, for example, when you are filling out a contract
something that happen occasionally is a little bit complicate find some documents in my screen, I mean if you could improve the way how the recent files appear on the screen could be great. not always happen but it is not good.
I would love to have templates that allow me create files in a easy way.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use GetAccept to send proposals to our clients when necessary. We generally don't need signatures on the proposals. The tool helps us give our clients a good overall look at the different aspects of our payment processing services. It's easier and less "clinical" than traditional proposals. We even use it as a presenting tool at times.

Pros

We like the ability to create templates that we can customize per client.
The intro video is a really nice touch, and we've received positive feedback on it.
The ability to embed videos and documents makes the proposals more interactive than the traditional proposals.

Cons

We wish there were more options for "mail merge" or "attribute" type features.
We wish there as an ability to customize image sizes, for example our logo.
We've had a few challenges in the past with the in message feature.

Likelihood to Recommend

GetAccept really stands out as a non-traditional way to present a proposal. We like how it makes proposals easy to read and less cumbersome than traditional proposals. While we like inserting certain attributes like Name, Business Name, and Title, we'd really like to be able to insert additional custom attributes. Overall, it fits the bill for our use, and the customer service has been particularly good.

It allows me to send documentation to my clients and track the emails and when they receive them they can sign them. It has a very nice interface and allows me to send videos to my clients. So messaging stops being cold and is much more dynamic.

That at the time of sending the image, explanatory texts can be sent outside the image.
Better edit to text functionality for sending mails

Likelihood to Recommend

When sending a contract or when an explanation is required and an explanatory video is attached. It is less appropriate for situations where less formal communication with clients is required.
