Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This tool has helped me connect with clients, coworkers, and employers. In addition, its function that allows you to record the sessions has been ideal for replaying our meetings if necessary in the future. It has also allowed us to have a video backup of everything that is said in each of our meetings which has been very helpful in re-watching meetings

It has a good scheduling system that emails
The mobile app is great because it allows me to participate in video conferences from anywhere and at any time.
It is an extremely simple to use tool which doesn't require any specific training
Ease of use, setup and maintenance

Cons

You need a fairly new device to run it
Did not have any customized features like backgrounds which make it more interactive and fun
The cost of the license is high
Bad mobile app

Goto meeting help us to connect with each other remotely. It has easy features and specifications. Goto meeting has user friendly interface which make it more attractive and simple. We tried other tools like zoom and google meet and some other but these were not good as compare to the goto meeting.

GoTo Meeting has been a great platform to use when I work remotely. It has been very easy to use and works seamlessly with my Poly Desk Phone. I enjoy being able to make and receive calls while on the go with the mobile app. This tool makes my job so much easier as it works effortlessly.

GoTo Meeting is used by our organization when our clients (architects, engineers, building owners etc.) invite us to join meeting regarding projects we are servicing. It solves the issue of collaboration, especially during a time of Covid and necessary social distancing. We have seen a huge upspike in online meetings and we commonly need to attend meeting in order to organize project teams and relay information.

Pros

Ease of joining hosted meeting.
Screen Share is intuitive - Screen and applications separate.
Host features are equal to if not better than competitor applications.

Cons

Sending invite information could use more integrations.
Would love to see a feature that enables you to send files in the chat bar.
Could offer better pricing - especially for smaller groups.

Return on Investment

GoTo Meeting has saved time and our clients time- not being kicked off after a certain time meeting limit.
Ease of use has been a big help - less confusion and more time getting to work.
GoTo Meeting does cost a price to host and it lands right in the middle on that scale.
