Hireology gives one stop shop for all recruiting needs

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our managers were able to complete the hiring process much more quickly thanks to Hireology because, the system kept track of each and every step. A manager might not have known where their candidate stood in the process before Hireology. Each step can now be seen and reviewed individually.

Pros

  • I like the notes section because, it helps user to keep track of information with individual candidate.
  • Managers do not like to handle labor-intensive programs, and Hireology is easy to use and efficient.
  • Other hiring managers can be given different job openings, which streamlines the procedure.

Cons

  • To see the response and reply to the email, our users must first click on the candidate and then view their history and then reply and this is tedious. Everything else seemed to be fairly simple after that.

Likelihood to Recommend

The advantages have been striking, the hiring process is now much simpler than it was in the past, and we have been able to hire individuals who have formed a strong bond with the team as a whole, adapted to our entire system, and have been the pioneers in improving our work significantly. A better product is thus available for all kinds of organisations.

A Great Hiring Tool For Collaborative Hiring

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our entire team has used Hireology to better collaborate on the hiring process. It is wonderful at keeping applicant tracking and documentation organized. It's nice to be able to keep some screening/interview questions pre-loaded as ice breakers or to make sure the big points get hit, no matter who is conducting the interview. It's also nice to see applicants flagged who have applied before so their past interview data can be referenced.

As far as frustrations, most things are minor. It seems like certain features or historical communication tracking for applicants are too many clicks away. The UI definitely seems like it could use a bit of an update.

Pros

  • Applicant Tracking
  • Collaborative Hiring
  • Documentation of Interviews

Cons

  • Easier UI for Communication Portals
  • Better Applicant Scoring When Interview Questions Skipped
  • Better Interview Notes Accessibility for Small Screens

Likelihood to Recommend

Hireology is a great tool to manage the interview process between a team that needs to collaborate on hiring. I would not recommend it for anyone who is the sole decision maker in the hiring process and is used to fielding all applicants/interviews/etc. If there are multiple layers off applicant approval in your organization, Hireology is the perfect too.

Hireology. An ATS that gives Small Businesses a Competitive Advantage

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Hireology is our only ATS and has helped our organization better manage our job postings, hiring manager communication, and making the candidate experience positive. The system is an open network, so it is able to input hires' data directly into our HRIS and EMR systems without the need for additional input. Its ability to text has also improved our communication, and providing timely updates with candidates has made a huge impact on our recruitment team. Hireology is a great ATS because it is easy to use and apply in any industry.

Pros

  • Processing candidates through the pipeline
  • Communication through email and text templates
  • Organizing candidates to make it easier to mine candidates for future positions

Cons

  • The mobile app is user friendly but still doesn't allow for some of the functions of the live site
  • The ability to schedule emails and texts is needed
  • Sponsor jobs to specific job boards

Likelihood to Recommend

For small to medium companies of any industry will find a lot of value in the system. The cost is appropriate and is really user friendly, so onboarding your team to the program will take little effort. Large companies or companies who do a lot of sourcing will struggle with the limitations of the system as a candidate relationship management system. It is a true ATS.

We use Hireology for all our hiring needs! It's a great way for us to streamline our hiring process.

Pros

  • Organizes applicant information; no need to log onto tons of websites
  • Always upgrades to make the product more and more user friendly
  • Efficient way to post multiple job openings in multiple locations

Cons

  • Clean up templates
  • Provide more interview question guidance

Likelihood to Recommend

Best for companies who constantly are hiring and who have locations in multiple areas. Less appropriate for companies who only hire once in awhile.

Small Business that can't live without Hireology

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Hirelogy for all of our hiring, from posting to background checks on final candidates. It is the most helpful to us by keeping everything in one place, so multiple people can review candidates, leave comments, and communicate with candidates, all in one spot. We don't have our inboxes clogged with Craigslist replies.

Pros

  • Posts your job across many different job posting platforms with the click of a button
  • Allows multiple people to comment, rate and review resumes without having to send a million emails back and forth or print and pass around stacks of paper resumes
  • Does Reference and Background checks with the click of a button

Cons

  • Have even more job board posting choices

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited for anyone who wants to save time in the hiring process. It is very helpful for teams without a large HR dept or staff. For teams that need multiple people to rate and review candidates.
