We use Hiya Connect to brand outgoing calls. The business problems the product addresses are answer rates and recognition of our brand and company. The goal of implementing Hiya Connect was to increase our answer rates and company recognition for our clients. After going live with Hiya Connect, we saw an increase in answer rates.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Hiya Connect for branded calling of our remote workforce. Previously we would show as unknown caller, but after implementing Hiya Connect we were able to display our company name, reason for call, and in some cases display our logo. We have been using Hiya Connect for a couple of years now.
