It has unlimited customization options and very robust plugin support systems. The software is also very scalable in such a way that it handles both large and complex network systems.

  • The product has better support services and affordable pricing.
  • Deployment and integration of the tool is easy and straightforward.
  • Ability of the software in ensuring real-time network visualisation and high customizability of the software.

Cons

  • IBM SevOne does not have ready made templates. Creation and customization of templates is hard.
  • Pricing structure of the software is not flexible compared to that of its competitors.
  • Initial learning curve of the tool is complex. Advanced features of the tool requires considerable training for seamless implementation.
