Great service

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Ideagen Quality Management to collate all raw material specs and create our finished product specs. It is our space to hold all our SAQs and supplier details. It ensures technical compliance for our products as well as consistency across declarations. We have a core range which remains relatively stable through the year, but also have a variety of limited time offers throughout the year, so an online system will help this quick turnaround for new products.

Pros

  • Communication
  • Technical support
  • Reliable

Cons

  • Technical glitches (buttons not appearing when they should)

Ideagen Quality Management Review

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Ideagen Quality Management for document management. It houses our SOPs and our Quality Manual, along with associated documents. We also use workflows within Ideagen Quality Management (IQM) to track our data review and approval process. We also have workflows for tracking instrument Maintenance and repair. IQM also houses training documents and associated tests. The system, in general, helps maintain our requirements for our laboratory quality program.

Pros

  • Stores our SOPs and tracks their review and approval status
  • Tracks workflow status for nonconformances and corrective actions
  • Maintain list of personnel and their training

Cons

  • Creating Workflows could be more intuitive.

Return on Investment

  • It's really good for tracking our quality required documents and is helpful during audits.
