Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I work on the Talent Acquisition team and we use Infor Global Human Resources as our ATS and manage our employees' HR files. I would not recommend Infor Global Human Resources to anyone and think that the system is not intuitive at all. Additionally, we transitioned our HRIS from Ultipro, an Ultimate product, to Infor Global Human Resources and I found Ultipro far superior and easier to use.

- The ATS is very poor. It is not intuitive at all. It is very click heavy and hard to view information.
- It is not a candidate-friendly experience. I would not recommend the system at all.
- When viewing employee records, it is hard to view information.
Return on Investment
- I feel like Infor Global Human Resources is a hindrance to our candidates. Many of them have a difficult time applying and navigating the system.
