It is a software that brings us many benefits since I work in HR and have control of all employee data, entry and exit, breaks, payroll and everything related to their performance, it is very good because it saves us time, It is a cloud-based and very automatic software, and very easy to access what I need. The reports are detailed and accurate, it really is a necessary software in our department.
Pros
- Employee check-in and check-out records are accurate and much needed to evaluate their performance, and useful data is obtained with this system.
- Detailed and easily accessible reports
- It promotes the good performance of the workers, it motivates them to be better, since the result of their effort is registered in the system.
Cons
- The only flaw we've found in Infor HCM is how slow the tech support is, they're not really fast when we need help.

It is a software that I faithfully recommend to HR managers, as it generates productivity for employees, the data recording is accurate, from the entry to the exit of the workers, the payroll management is excellent, it is a software-based on the cloud, generates productivity and the information recorded by the system is true, employees are motivated to be better because this system records their data.
