It is a software that brings us many benefits since I work in HR and have control of all employee data, entry and exit, breaks, payroll and everything related to their performance, it is very good because it saves us time, It is a cloud-based and very automatic software, and very easy to access what I need. The reports are detailed and accurate, it really is a necessary software in our department.

Pros

Cons

  • The only flaw we've found in Infor HCM is how slow the tech support is, they're not really fast when we need help.
