isolved helped us streamline all of our digital HR processes - recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits reconciliation, etc. We went from a mixed process of paper application and a single-use online platform used solely for timekeeping. It helped us move processes completely online and streamline the processes using data file feeds, and online processes. We were able to engage both employees and managers using the processes so they were a part of their HR lifecycle with the company.

This was a fantastic platform for a smaller organization like ours. The implementation and training of users was easy and straightforward. The team was incredible in answering questions, training, and being there to support. Payroll files were simple and cut an entire day of payroll processes from our paper process and use of former platform. We really enjoy the functionality to feed with our other platforms such as benefits portals.

isolved is a payroll processing platform. The company I work for is hired by other companies to manage their payroll. Our clients range in size from 1 employee to hundreds, and isolved suits all of their needs. It covers pretty much every aspect of payroll processing and management, but is surprisingly user-friendly for how comprehensive it is.

We use isolved People Cloud as our employee management platform. From employee profile and contact information to time, salary, tax, and benefits management, isolved covers every aspect of employee management. Supervisors have tiered access to employee management tasks and responsibilities. We appreciate the convenience of the mobile app which provides all aspects of management platform on our cell phones.

Based on my experience both personally and as a supervisor, I believe isolved employee management is a well-rounded management option suitable for most typical work environments. It may be less appropriate in industries requiring very flexible work schedules and travel, such as sales. My wife supervises several teams of mobile therapists and isolved may not work as well for tracking their schedules.

isolved fully encompasses the employee experience within our organization. We have fully implemented it with the applicant tracking/recruiting efforts including sending employees onboarding paperwork through the integration, offboarding procedures, benefits management and enrollment and much more. isolved has room to improve in terms of the rehire process, searching for duplicate employees (rehires), premade support guides available to employees etc.
We have happily been working with isolved for over 4 years. We currently use the HR/Onboarding software and Payroll. Not sure of any current problems that we are having with the company or the software. Believe me if there was, we would be doing something to fix it quickly. We have over 235 employees in our 7 companies and process 18 payrolls a month. I have a wonderful CSR Teresa and along with her team they take care of my needs so that I can do my job with ease. I am on the site every day, at least 50% of my workload depends on this site being in good working order. It is very easy to use, and the Reporting Database is top notch! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for all your HR/Payroll needs.

We have been with isolved for over 4 years. Our previous Payroll company of 15 years was purchased by isolved, it was very scary in the beginning, I won't sugar coat it. We have a multi-million dollar a year payroll and it is very complex. Seven companies, 235 employees and 18+ processed payrolls a month. My first payroll was put in a queue (no clue what that even meant). Several hours go by and I have submitted the other six, it's almost time to close and I had not received back the first pre-process. I didn't even know I had an anxiety level until this day, when you eat, drink and sleep thinking about your payroll. Calling every number we had been given I finally reached a team leader (who would become my life link). All I can say is from that day forward we had weekly conference calls to make sure we were taken care of and to take care of any of our concerns. I can honestly say I have one of the best CSRs the company has working for them. Hands down, this is a level 10 - 5-star rating. We are more than happy to give these #'s when they are earned.
I am an accountant who uses isolved for several of my clients' payroll/HR platforms. I have used other software out there but isolved, by far, is the best. My favorite thing is they have the friendliest, most helpful customer service people ever. If I call, they are quick to answer and resolve my issue.

It provides a simple one spot place to securely store sensitive data, provide a simple onboarding process, easy to use review process and easy to use for both employees and supervisors. The integrations with benefits has been great and makes things even easier for us as we grow as a company. The customer service is also great and timely.
