I am a beauty influencer and I use Jotform to allow my followers to take a Skincare Quiz online. This allows me to start a conversation, gather an email address and develop a relationship.

We use Jotform to collect dog adoption applications, volunteer applications, and mailing list information. It is super easy to use, reliable and the help desk and community are quick to resolve your issues. They have come a long way since we started with them and are starting to look into the newer upgrades.

Jotform allows my employees to submit required HSSE reports in a quick, no-hassle way. The ease that Jotform gives has greatly increased the likelihood that employees make their reports in a timely manner. Safety for the win!

Great chatbot for small businesses! We’ve been using the Jotform AI chatbot on our FoneFix Honiton website and honestly, it’s been brilliant. For a small business like ours, the free 100 chats a month is more than enough and such a great bonus. What really impressed us is how customizable it is – we were able to make it fit our brand and set it up to answer common questions from our customers. It’s easy to use, looks professional, and has definitely saved us time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a simple, effective chatbot without the big price tag.

We use Jotform to help us do dock inspections for our customers. We as employees fill out the form and then create a PDF to send to the customer.

I had to separately google how to pre-fill the forms and then save that particular link, so maybe having the pre-fill as a more accessible option
Allow more than one user per team
Allow more space on the free version. I was only able to upload 4-5 forms in total before running out of space.

We were looking for a form that our team could fill out when doing dock inspections for our customers. We wanted to be able to create a form from scratch that had all of the information we wanted to fill out with the ability to add pictures as well. We love that when we fill out the form, it gets emailed to the team immediately to see what was filled out on the form and then we can create a PDF from that form to send to the customer with the photos and notes attached. It was perfect for what we needed.

We prepared participant and registration forms for the preparation of a 3-day workshop. We collected the data in a reliable environment. Then we realized that we could prepare participant certificates automatically. But it was a little late for us to realize this, we spent an incredible amount of time preparing the certificates with a single click. We have been using Jotform for contract signatures from our clients. We were previously using Adobe and on the customer side, it was very labor intensive. They would have to download it, fill it out, and then send it back. Moving to Jotform has simplified the process for our customers and we see a higher conversion on sign ups.

I'm a professor at a university and I've been using Jotform for different use cases. For example, I've created an engaging Escape the Room game for my students using the existing template and then customizing it to my needs. I also created an interactive survey (game like) to study students preferences and how they manage their budget. The calculated field was very helpful as it allows me to show the students their remaining budget.
