Keka HR is one of the best payroll software I have used so far. It manages your attendance, leaves and salary. One of the best business problem which Keka HR addresses is that it help you to manage your income tax. It has this great feature which I personally use is that it helps you with different investment options so that salaried employees can save tax. It also has organization tree so that we can look which employee works under whom.

Keka HR is well suited for me as it helps me to manage my taxes and gives me different investment options within the web application itself which allows me to save income tax. It keeps track of all the investments, deductions, taxes etc. Scenario where I found Keka HR less appropriate is there Article section. Companies have their own Newsletter Page where they publish their Articles which everyone reads. But Article section within Keka HR, I didn't found that much useful.
I use it to record my daily attendance and also to request leaves from my hierarchy, I use it to manage my payroll in my organization also I can easily access my holiday list also can download Pay slips whenever needed even apply for ITR as Keka has an option to manage our Tax by giving an option to select Tax regimes as well.

Managing the entire employee lifecycle in an organization can be done using this HR management tool Keka HR. We can even see the organization tree from the MY team panel which they have and track entire team leave days as well.

Keka HR is used in my organization to manage finances, tax computation and to receive salary slips. It is used specifically by the employees sitting in India office across all departments. Keka HR helps users input their investments so that the right TDS is deducted monthly. It gives a clear view into the salary breakdown and how tax is computed so that the employees are confident of the salary they receive.

The pay slips are always present there which makes it very easy to access all your salary information. Maybe the UI can be enhanced to have a master dashboard for all major metrics so the user does not have to drill down to look into individual items.
