What is Linker Cloud?

The Linker Cloud Fulfillment Platform, from Linkercloud headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, enables users to control all e-commerce logistics operations and processes with their Order Management System (OMS). Linker's services focus on cross-border ecommerce. They aim to enable their customers to reach customers in new countries through their network of managed warehouses.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Linker Cloud as a fulfillment service provider. As a company that sells items with dimensions that go beyond the standard, we have always had problems with transport, storage space, and even more so with returns. Thanks to the cooperation with Linker, we were able not only to outsource the supply chain subjects in general but also to achieve logistical success (fast deliveries, simple scaling of sales of the product abroad).

Pros

  • really quick launch from contract signing
  • really easy integration
  • shipping bulky parcel consisting of multiple packages - on 1 tracking number

Cons

  • no customer support at weekends is included in the price (only possible at a surcharge)

Most Important Features

  • easy and quick scalability of processes to new markets
  • fast dispatch of the parcel from the warehouse according to the cut-off (even on the same day as the order was placed)
  • 24/48h delivery in selected countries

Return on Investment

  • hundreds of processed orders
  • entering 2 new markets
  • taking care of returns (difficult to do externally beforehand)

Linker is a perfect LINK between our e-comm B2C store and the outsourced fulfillment center

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Linker Cloud Fulfillment Platform as this is the system suggested by our outsourced fulfillment center. We manage stock quantities and all moves of inventory on a daily basis. Also, on a monthly basis we use the system for our scheduled stock count. The system is also used to track product returns from our customers.

  • The overall layout could be more user friendly
  • Generating stock count spreadsheets for the past dates would be useful
  • Processing of large amounts of data is sometime slow
