LinkSquares's analyze product is the perfect contract repository for any size organization

Pros

  • Full text search capabilities.
  • Organization of contracts so you can see the relationship between documents.
  • Reporting
  • Ability to tag all contracts for easy searching.

Cons

  • UI could be more user friendly.
  • Integration with storage (e.g., Box or DropBox).
  • Ability to identify and delete duplicates.

Return on Investment

  • It's a single source of truth for all of the organizations' contracts. This is hugely valuable when we did a recent round of funding.
  • Reporting is fabulous. We have saved a lot of money on auto-renew vendor agreements by running reports of when contracts are set to renew.
  • Increased employee efficiency because we now no longer have to hunt for a contract.

  • It's intuitive.
  • It's easy to use.
  • The AI program is accurate.

Cons

  • I would love to see integration with Adobe Sign so I could edit contracts right in LinkSquares and send through Adobe seamlessly.

Return on Investment

  • Adding LinkSquares delayed the need for adding another FTE purely based on the amount of time it saved me as a General Counsel.
  • I can respond within minutes when I get a question from c-suite executives with accurate information.
