The LivePerson Conversational Cloud is a contact center solution used to create personalized, connected customer experiences across voice and messaging. The solution balances human agents, intelligent automations, and Conversational AI, across voice and messaging.

The platform's conversation intelligence helps guide an understanding of consumers through insights from every conversational interaction. Users can access and analyze data across voice and messaging to understand what customers want to improve every conversational experience and contact center performance.

Enterprises can bring their own existing voice provider and combine it with LivePerson's generative AI capabilities and messaging channels, creating one agent workspace for every customer interaction. This enables contact center agents to optimize their output and increase efficiency with improved concurrent conversation handling. These capabilities automatically adjust agent availability as demand changes.

The LivePerson Copilot is present to boost agent productivity with generative AI-powered technologies, in this case including LLM-powered suggestions, customer context summaries, and translations. Optionally, organizations can bring their own large language models (LLMs) into the LivePerson Conversational Cloud® to work alongside its Generative AI tools for enhanced control, compliance, performance, and cost management, including those from OpenAI, Google, Meta, Cohere, and Anthropic.

The LivePerson Integration Hub, based on technology acquired by LivePerson with Tenfold, introduces access to all of the data and content needed to provide more personalized conversations and make agents more effective. Out-of-the-box connectors coupled with pre-built templates bring data from these applications into the LivePerson Conversational Cloud. CRM integrations connect agents to consumer data directly within the agent workspace, with out-of-the-box CRM integrations for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SugarCRM, and Zendesk. KnowledgeAI can be used to connect to any Content Management System (CMS) via an API, or with out of the box connectors for Salesforce, Zendesk, and Contentful to bring content to both bot and human agent conversations. Additionally, an integration with Adobe Experience Cloud enriches customer intelligence and accelerate conversions.
