The vendor boasts users across all industries who use their SMS services, including retail, hospitality, health care, as well as government and non-profit entities. Use cases range from appointment reminders, alerts and notifications, and promotional marketing.

Their web portal, REST API and e-mail to SMS are used to send messages via what the vendor describes as a fast, reliable gateway.

Sinch, provider of cloud-based mobile customer engagement tools, announced in June 2021 a $1.3 billion acquisition of MessageMedia.
