What is MyQ Roger?
MyQ Roger is a Smart Digital Workplace Assistant that enables users to securely process documents from cloud-based repositories, create personal scanning workflows, release them with pull printing – and do all this with voice commands, a mobile phone, and an internet connection. There is no need for a VPN or to be connected to an organization’s physical network.
In short, MyQ Roger helps users complete the usual document workflow activities done in an office, but on the road, at a hot desk, or across the hybrid office.
MyQ Roger has a SaaS architecture and mobile-first design. It is a 100% public cloud SaaS platform. There are no fixed user charges, users pay only for the data used. MyQ Roger empowers mobile devices to process documents with voice commands thanks to its integration with (the iOS and Google) voice assistants and the camera to scan documents and unlock printer panels via unique dynamic QR codes. MyQ Roger also supports hands free, enabling users to remotely control a multifunction device with just the smartphone app and perform touchless scanning and printing tasks.
The MyQ Roger web portal for administrators acts as simple Mission Control, giving admins the the ability to define printer access, create price lists, and view consumables use – but with no PC printer drivers or server maintenance.
