Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Recruitment of personnel in a company is not a simple issue, it starts a lot from the confidence in knowing the identity history that a person manages. Lately we have had associated collaborators in regions other than our location and also from abroad. The program allows us to evaluate, together with the HR department, the exploration of the candidates' data. As an employee of the IT department, it is crucial for me to help manage its installation and use. I can deliver reports thanks to the program in real time to the HR bosses about suspicious job applicants.

Pros

  • It has a complete real database from which you can subtract matching data when querying for a certain individual.
  • It has a great choice of tools that help and facilitate the consultation.
  • The integration is complicated, but the important thing is that they have a robust support that allows this to not be a problem.
  • It is very easy to navigate, since everything has a synchronicity.
  • The data that I find is stored and only I can see it through keys, in this sense it is discreet with what I can find.

Cons

  • It's a program that we're still exploring, we might get a glimpse of what we don't like in a while, but so far it's been wonderful, we're diving into this world of data as far as easy history review of a person. , so we can't say anything bad about the show for now.

Most Important Features

  • That they include The service Dun & Bradstreet is essential this gives us a more enriched look even in the subsequent decision making.
  • It is easy to block data through passwords
  • It has a vast list of tools and this means that we can go at the beginning and end of the process in an orderly manner.

Return on Investment

  • I think that the quality of the information has allowed us to save money, we think that we could have saved 100k in the course of 4 months in an expensive investigation done by an independent private professional without being able to control.
  • The time has been sufficient in the use of the investigative functions, the program is easy to use, I could mention that the time saved is 30% per month that is free for use in another task.
  • It allows us to maintain a deeper order, this is a fundamental requirement in any company.
