Cons

Dyn UI was a bit heavy to use. Improvement in UI will make the product seamless.
Sometimes there are errors while updating the Dyn from REST APIs, so improving it will add a plus point to the product.
Traversing between pages of Dynects was difficult from the UI.

Return on Investment

DNS update was very quick so downtime from a customer's perspective was very less.
Oracle Dyn managed DNS made it very easy to manage almost more than one lakh DNS.
Response time of the UI was very much because of which it was sometimes making difficult to traverse through pages and in turn, was inconvenient when there is business criticality.

Fault tolerance of DNS records
Fault tolerance of DNS names. We can fail over our services to another server almost instantly.

Cons

I would like to share the DNS namespace with our internal DNS servers. This is a difficult configuration to maintain.

The configuration is also very easy.

I would like to see a GUI Dashboard where Dyn shows all of the DNS traffics.

Some parts of the UI were a little confusing but after working with it for a short time I have become very familiar with the interface
