Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We utilize Paycor to store and organize employee personal files, track and review employees time, manage employees attendance with Paycor’s “Points” feature, review and complete company payroll, run reports for audits and for the transferring and communicating of company and employee information, enrollment of benefits with Paycor’s “Benefit Advisor”, and employee engagement with the Paycor Engage feature.

Cons
- Paycor’s scheduling tends to cause some difficulties generally
- Adding the ability to reassign past and present Paycor performance reviews and the ability to remove in progress reviews from supervisors tasks without having to delete them
- Remove the box that is automatically checked when adding a new document that allows employees to view the document that is being uploaded
Likelihood to Recommend
I feel that Paycor is very aesthetically pleasing and relatively easy to pick up and use. That being said I do feel as though I run into a high number of issues while utilizing their system but overall have a fair time navigating Paycor and using for what I need to do.
