Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I love Praisidio and use it to bring HR and People data into one platform where I can easily analyze data from multiple data sources all in one place. This allows me to have all of the HR data I need to make recommendations related to employee turnover, DEI initiatives, recruitment, employee engagement, culture, and compensation planning. It also means that I have data at my fingertips when I'm sitting in executive and Board meetings without having to say, "Let me get back to you on that."

Pros

  • I enjoy the conversational tone of Praisidio. I can use natural language to find immediate information.
  • The integration of other systems was seamless. No issues and easily customizable.
  • Implementation was easy and quick! The team at Praisidio and their platform are ready to answer any questions you have and take care of most of the set-up. What's left for you to do is make it your own to match your business!
  • This platform offers a lot of great prompt knowledge, guidance, and templates to work with, taking the guessing game out of how to get accurate data and boosting HR knowledge of prompts overall.

Cons

  • Praisidio is still an emerging technology. I'd love to see more reports delivered in multiple ways. For example, it would be great if there was an option to have data visuals with your company branding requirements ready for download as slides.
  • Their list of available integrations is still growing. I would love to see this list expand over time.

  • Just having the data in one place cut down on KPI analysis and reporting by 40%, saving the HR & People Ops department valuable time through gained efficiencies.
