Pros
- Simple templates to setup badge formats
- Allows for importing from our ERP system to eliminate double keying of employee information
- Customer support is excellent
- Free upgrades & support will install them for us
Cons
- Setting up a new badge or moving data around is antiquated for a program updated in 2020
- Should be ran from a users desktop via browser instead of a client/server type program
- Need more printers to print to other than a desktop ink jet printer or a SUPER HIGH end badge printer

Return on Investment
- Provides a necessary service that every employee uses on a daily basis
- End user interface is dated, not updated/modernized like other applications we use in several years
- Unclear if it is a good value for the price. Our HR is happy with it, so we haven't looked at migrating away from it.
