Use Cases and Deployment Scope
When your team is more focused on getting work done than obsessing over “the funnel,” this is a solid CRM. Copper is especially strong if your team lives in Google Workspace and your business development process doesn’t hinge on long, complex customer journeys. It’s lean and practical, but you won’t find all the bells and whistles that come with HubSpot—or the deep support and enterprise-grade experience you’d get with Salesforce. We’ve been on Copper for three years and have renewed, which says a lot. That said, the ugly user interface and terrible Mailchimp integration are still major drawbacks.
