Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Reachdesk for three core use cases: incentivizing prospects to take meetings with outbound sales, event inventory management, and customer appreciation. Lots of different teams have used it pretty extensively. Honestly, we've had it for more than a year and at this point we've had more trouble with it than what it's worth in my opinion. I believe the only real value we're getting out of it right now is having a warehouse for our swag, event materials, etc.

Likelihood to Recommend
Reachdesk might be great for a smaller company looking for a platform to send gift cards and items from the marketplace. But if you have large amounts of swag/physical items and/or have an events use case I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
