Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my organization, we use Reachdesk to send out gift cards, swag, along with other products to prospects, customers, and partners. I strictly use Reachdesk to send things to prospects. Reachdesk allows me and others in my organization to streamline the process of sending products to the previously mentioned group in an easy and efficient manner. We can use Reachdesk to plugin in with our CRM so we can quickly fill in the necessary information to send things to them and it only takes 5 minutes.

  • Easily sending "engagements" to prospects, customers, or partners

Cons

  • I would like to be able to have a default currency instead of it resetting all the time.

Reachdesk is extremely valuable in our strategic outreach campaigns. We have been able to send gifts, including cookies and even sample reports, through the ease of Reachdesk, with high connectivity response rate from our prospects. The vast options make it easy to pinpoint and target the audience for the intended campaign with an appropriate and appreciated gift item.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Reachdesk for three core use cases: incentivizing prospects to take meetings with outbound sales, event inventory management, and customer appreciation. Lots of different teams have used it pretty extensively. Honestly, we've had it for more than a year and at this point we've had more trouble with it than what it's worth in my opinion. I believe the only real value we're getting out of it right now is having a warehouse for our swag, event materials, etc.

  • Bad warehousing in my experience

Return on Investment

  • Lots of time wasted on projects that were made complex even though they didn't need to be, in my opinion.
  • It has effectively socialized the principles of direct gifting to our entire org
  • Been helpful for the HR team to send out swag to employees
  • Lots of hassle trying to track down swag returned from events, in my experience.

Reachdesk was a great way for us to differentiate from our competitors and cut through a lot of the noise that our customers have to deal with. It helped us build relationships with our customers and make sure that our customers were left with a great impression after the calls and meetings we had with them. It also helped us to keep our brand at the forefront of our customers' minds whenever a conversation about our space came up.
