Clients are aligned with one core team and this creates fantastic unity and communication between our primary consultant, systems consultant, and lead consultant. It's a very cohesive team working to create the best benefits program possible for the company. Additionally, their Advocate Team is fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable -- saves my team so much time by answering all our employee's benefits questions and helping us process rush enrollment or ID requests. A huge time saver!

Sequoia Consulting Group has acted as a good in-between for different insurance providers and us, and that has been appreciated. If a company is looking to work with different insurance providers for different use cases, I would recommend Sequoia Consulting Group. Otherwise, it might not be worth the trouble of working with their initial interface.

I believe that Sequoia Consulting Group is a one-stop-shop solution for all things related to payroll, health insurance, and paid time off. Their interface is very easy to use and the app makes it easy to access all of this information. The one downside was that employee health insurance cards were entirely digital. I personally ran into a handful of issues with this when going to appointments. It would be nice to have a physical copy of the card upon request as well!
