SIP Caller

SIP Caller is a cloud based outbound call dialer that leverages the telephone capabilities of an existing Phone System and can be integrated with any Phone System supporting SIP and RTP standards, registering as a remote extension, and making calls through it.

SIP Caller integrates with the Phone System is made in a matter of minutes, and to create a call flow that defines how to interact with customers, SIP Caller provides templates for the most common use cases, as well as a visual designer to create custom interactions. Setting up a campaign is as simple as defining the working hours, configuring the call flow to use, and uploading the numbers to call.

SIP Caller performs real time speech analysis to automatically detect if the answering endpoint is a human or an answering machine. This feature helps to increase agent's productivity as they will only receive calls connected to a live person.

In regards to reports, SIP Caller provides real time and historical data, presented in a call by call detail, or summarized information.
