Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Zephyr Scale as a project systems testing management platform. We recently transitioned from testrail to Zephyr Scale to better integrate our management tools including Jira/Confluence. Although our time with Zephyr Scale is recent, we are still learning and optimistic about experiencing an efficient testing platform. Zephyr Scale is scalable test management compatible with Jira so better project management and testing visibility is possible.
Pros

- Easy to retrospectively trace testing with change history
Cons
- Not as valuable if not already using Jira or Confluence
- Can be overlooked if the user does not set automation
- Needs better first time tutorials
