My company builds and tracks websites for hospitality companies, so Sojern allows us to collect data and use it to adjust content accordingly in order to drive more bookings. The company as a whole has access to Sojern and the only problems I have seen is that those who are not in my department have a difficult time assessing the data collected. Sojern allows us to learn more about traveler profiles so we can better optimize our websites to suit their needs.

- For those who don't analyze data on a daily basis it would be beneficial to have simple descriptions of the collected data.

Sojern is well suited for those who are measuring ROI and are looking to have more direct bookings to the website. Google has made it increasingly more difficult to book directly on a website. I believe it takes about three clicks to get to a website through Google listings and Sojern has made it easier for us to make our websites more visible in rankings. The same goes for OTAs, with Sojern we have a better means of combating pesky OTAs.
