Sprout is worth the money
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use Sprout Social to manage client and my company's social media accounts. It helps with time efficiencies with their easy scheduling system, gives robust analytics for better strategic growth and has an organized interactions management system for cross-team timely responses for our audiences (and our client's audiences).
Pros
- Robust reporting
- Easy scheduling
- Organized interactions management
Cons
- There are some features that don't align with what you can do natively on social media platforms, like being able to post more than 10 carousel slides on Instagram, but not on Sprout.
- The data isn't always immediately accurate, it takes time for Sprout to load the accurate data, which can cause reporting discrepancies
- It is on the more expensive side of social media management platforms
Return on Investment
- Time savings!
- Intuitive features, for ease of learning and training employees
Return on Investment
Yes! Through it's reporting, I am able to pull detailed data that helps us make data-informed strategic changes to our client's accounts.
