Well getting surveys from clients is a hectic job (as a user we all ignore surveys all the time ) SurveySparrow comes to the rescue and provides links to forward your survey on WhatsApp, email, and so many options. You can create a copy of the survey which you created and that is very time efficient. Suppose you have 3 clients and you give them the same service you can add a variable that will simply change the name of the client and the rest of the survey stays the same no need to create a different survey, mega time saver.
SurverySparrow is a very cool service. We use to conduct surveys, get feedback and measure NPS metrics. Easy set-up is available with the visual editor, and set-up and prepare a new question in 5 minutes. It has a built-in email list of our customers. Integration with Zapier and Webhooks is great. It offers cool and visual reports for analyzing responses. We love that we can customize the style and font to match our company style.

Customer support is using it for feedback on the quality of support while marketing is using it to gain valuable insights and ideas from our customers. We use Survey Sparrow to get valuable feedback from our customers and website visitors so we can improve how to serve them in all aspects of our business. With past survey software we used, getting people to actually fill out the survey was a challenge and made it difficult to gather enough feedback to make informed business decisions. Survey Sparrow uses a mobile chat-like interface that is much more engaging for users and we find it greatly improves response rates.

Surveys are more conversational in tone rather than an answer to the question style of the survey most other companies offer.
