Teamup Calendar

We use it as a shared calendar for all of our small team. We can schedule a meeting for each other and also see where people are.

• Fits with out team approach to services.
• Unsure if it is HIPAA compliant so I worry about using names.

In our organization, TeamUp is used to schedule all the events in a shared calendar. We can schedule events such as meetings where we can enter the title and description of the meeting and the link of the meeting if it is online. We also integrated TeamUp with RocketChat and we get notified at least 15 minutes before the event.

• Scheduling events(mostly recurrent meetings).
• Logging the events such as leave or some hour off.
• Reminding people few minutes before the event starts.

• It saves some time by scheduling the recurrent events and reminding people to join the meetings.
• We can keep log of different events.
• We can integrate it with other tools that we are using for our online office.
