Pros

  • Visualize high level mindmap/tree view of large and complex projects
  • Select what's to be done next without assigning tasks to your team. Everyone picks their tasks at their own pace
  • Easily know if the backlog of a project is growing or shrinking
  • Easily export boards to excel and get clarity on the cost of features

Cons

  • Nothing really relevant here. There were a few features that needed improvement in the past (e.g. how the images, external documents or links were handled in tasks), but these were fixed. Todo.space has a product team you can contact on slack, they are very reactive and their product evolves quickly
