We are a D2C high end cooler brand. Margins in our category are not massive so its critical we manage our digital marketing spend very accurately across a variety of platforms and spends. TripleWhale is the tool we use to do that. It provides us invaluable insight we use to make decisions on a daily basis.
Pros

- Provide easy to use and customizable dashboards.
- Help with additional attribution methods and accuracy.
Cons
- Amazon data is difficult to integrate.
- Shipping costs by channel and avg./unit cost - if possible.
- Better tutorials to understand all the tools available.
Likelihood to Recommend
This is only useful for businesses engaged in D2C marketing at scale. The cost would not be justified otherwise. You also need to have a certain level of in-house expertise to set up and use the tool accurately to ensure your data is accurate and reliable.
