TrustRadius for Vendors is a good tool for gathering in depth customer reviews. The reporting dashboard could use a little help. It is clunky to manage and not effective in pulling results over time. I do not like that you have to download a spreadsheet to figure out which campaign a review came from. This should be a dashboard within the product. Additionally, I do not like that TrustRadius moved to a pooled CSM model over a dedicated CSM.
We use the TrustRadius for Vendors platform to learn more from our customers about features they enjoy, as well as feedback about our customer service and product. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped our reputation management team have a better idea about where we land online and how we can better serve our clients. We check this site daily.

I have not used TrustRadius for Vendors in a capacity where it is less appropriate - it has served its purpose well so far.

The review process has its pros and cons. The review process is extensive and they ask a lot of great questions in the process. The reviews help us understand what we as a company are doing right and what we need to improve on. On the other hand since the review process is quite long we do see a lower conversion rate of reviews.
We are using the platform to monitor and respond to reviews. Our rep, Sascha has been a great addition to our partnership. She responds and answers all our questions in a timely manner. As far as a platform that collects and hosts public reviews goes - TrustRadius for Vendors is one of the better vendors! It is seemingly built on an ethical and defined foundation with transparent requirements for achieving goals. To date, I have not encountered any questionable or ever-changing rules, runnings, or objectives. Due to that, I would say this is one of the most reliable, authentic, and beneficial review platforms for a consumer to conduct research when wanting to make informed decisions. The TrustRadius employees have also significantly contributed to our positive experience by consistently providing excellent customer service!
