We encourage all of our clients to e-sign documents whenever possible. In-person meetings have become a thing of the past and the USPS is unreliable. Using overnight delivery services is an expensive option. Clients seem to like the efficiency and ease of using e-signature software. On the receiving end, we like it too!

I can't think of a way this product wouldn't enhance anyone's business practice, assuming collecting signatures is an important piece. I am constantly sending documents to clients for signature and this is a great way to send a professional looking interface. It's easy to understand, efficient to use and, as far as I can tell "idiot-proof".

For signing settlement agreements after a successful virtual mediation where the parties are not in the same room. Also, it is good for when you first interact with a new client and need the client to sign a retainer agreement.
