We currently use UKG Ready for timecard management. Being able to accurately track our employees time keeps us within regulation of compliance pay. We also utilize UKG to track attendance which keeps us consistent with following the standards of our policies and procedures

To review attendance there isn't a way to get a systematic snapshot of someone's attendance details. We typically have to scroll through the attendance detail Data view, which is very inefficient.
Employees do not have access to see the detailed view of their own attendance. They can only see total points

I like how there is a way to pull different data views. I often time use this data to have discussions with senior leadership.
We utilize UKG Ready Time and Attendance, Payroll and Tax Processing and HRIS. The Payroll Tax Processing is easy to use and the reporting is very helpful for audits and managing payroll data.

While the software is easy to use, the customer service can be maddening slow.
I use UKG Ready to log the amount of time that I spend on various projects across my week. I also use it to view and manage my PTO. This allows my manager and project managers to see how I am using my time and make sure we are billing clients correctly.
Pros
Good interface for requesting PTO.
Decent interface for assigning hours to different projects.
Works well across different browsers and devices.
Cons
Choosing codes for projects when assigning time is opaque and cumbersome.
2FA must be used frequently, which seems excessive for a time logging software.
More intuitive mobile app UI would be nice.

Works well for managing how much and what kinds of PTO you have accumulated. The interface for requesting PTO as well as viewing current PTO requests works well. It is not so well suited for assigning hours to different charge codes, as this interface is somewhat clunky and difficult to use.

Sometimes is hard to see the ripple effects of changing a setting - it would be nice to see ahead of time what else that setting impacts
I'd love to see mass exports of employee documents - for example there are times we have to send hard copies of something like flu shots to an external partner for all our staff

We use it for our HRIS system. It helps us to process payroll, track time, handle benefits and employee records. We use it for all staff. We also use it for recruitment, basically from the very start to the end of an employee life cycle.

We use a full suite, from Recruitment ATS to HR Profiles to Benefits administration to Payroll. UKG Ready helps us fill gaps in collecting employee data, having employees sign company acknowledgments, and seeing their tax information/payroll and W2s. Also, with benefits, we have vendor feeds, which help ensure employees are added to their systems and gain their benefits efficiently.
Pros
Support—UKG support, from the Account Managers to CSMs to Ready Support, is amazing. They are always willing to help!
Documentation—UKG has built-in online documentation, which is a live, easy-to-use version of a very lengthy manual.
Ease of use- the system is intuitive, easy to train others to use.
Cons
Performance- the module is not robust and has areas of improvement.
Recruitment: The career page needs more options to enhance the module's visibility and use when applicants submit their job applications.
Benefits—EOI—We wish it was more customizable, given that some benefits that require EOI are only after the first time an employee elects coverage or more coverage. Sometimes, the employee's first enrollment is when open enrollment occurs.

UKG to us is very close to 10/10 with a few areas that we cannot recommend due to the lack of efficiency.
