This software is used to book spa and salon services for staff and other client as per demand and this best part of the product is that the booking feature is very simple and easy to use and one can easily slide through the appoint ment and making it convenient.

  • Sometimes the back end does not fully sync with reservations.
  • Having multiple services causes the site to log out and is inconvenient.

I have been on the user end of Vagaro to schedule regular appointments and make payments to outside vendors that I frequently use, such as my professional hairstylist. It helps avoid the back and forth with asking questions because the platform displays the pricing of the service, vendor availability, and description of the service.

  • A cancellation feature doesn't seem to be available.
  • Adding photos to the description would be a plus.

Used it as an appointment scheduler online for a wellness business. Allowed clients to book online and easily manage their appointments (cancel and reschedule).

Pros

  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Gives customers discount offers to entice them to book in

Cons

  • Interface is quite clunky, not the most friendly UI
  • Says they attract new customers but it doesn't happen that often unless you have a really cheap offer

  • It wasn't the most positive because I didn't like to offer discounts which is why I switched
