Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This is the worst virtual desktop service I have ever used, for the following reasons: 1) They do not respond to support 2) Does not run some important applications because of limits to their network 3) "16 core" is as slow as the 4-core. I think they are lying about "16 core". 4) Session powers off without warning and kills your renders 5) This was not faster than my Asus TUF 4-core laptop, so why pay Vagon $3 an hour for nothing? 6) They constantly ask you to "try" the expensive sessions for $3 an hour, and then lock your account into that, and will not put it back to the $1 an hour option. WARNING: THEY LOCK YOU INTO THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLAN AND WILL NOT CHANGE IT

Cons

To start with, Vagon should respond to support emails.
Vagon should stop its predatory practices of forcing the high-tier plan on the customer and locking them into that, then ignoring support emails about it.

Most Important Features

At first, we were sold by Vagon's sales page online, but it seems deceptive now, and we were disappointed in the end.

Return on Investment

We lost money using Vagon as a service.
Vagon shutting down randomly killed some of our important renders and wasted our time.
