Vasto provides a cloud-based platform incorporating a Training Management System, Learning Management System, E-Learning, E-commerce and regulatory needs. It is presented as ideal for short course providers through to certificate and diploma courses. With a built-in Learning Management System it can be used to build courses, units, auto and human-assessed curriculum activities such as multi-media rich, interactive online exams, or uploaded SCORM packages and INtegrated LTI (Eg Moodle, Canvas etc). It includes nlimited storage space for uploaded training material.

Vasto Software includes custom web widgets to help capture interest from pre-enrolment promotions and even allow students to self-enrol in available courses from a website and partner websites. Once the inquiry is captured, Vasto Software helps manage the student throughout their learning journey.

Vasto's integrated Report Manager provides tools to monitor sales and profitability, student, trainer and assessor activity, venue usage, feedback and AQTF Quality Indicators. Its AVETMISS reporting with automated data validation helps to ensure data is accurate the first time.
