Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a service provider to commercial pharma business. We analyse SFE activities, consent management, CLM analysis, etc. using Veeva CRM system for our customers. We are using HCP and HCO data (open data) analytics for analysis and deployment in various EU countries.

Pros

  • Readymade list of HCPs and HCOs
  • Affordable pricing
  • Integrates well with Veeva

Cons

  • The HCP and HCO lists are not complete for many European countries.
  • One can't filter HCPs to identify a specified segment say for a rare disease
  • No other associated data like formulary status to support the segmentation

Likelihood to Recommend

We have used the data for the Top 5 EU countries. The Veeva open data is mostly incomplete for many countries and doesn't provide any other associated data for analysis.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Veeva OpenData to get more accurate data to track customer engagement. This is super helpful, especially in Sales, for seeing what prospects engage with content and are interested in the platform. This has allowed me to have much warmer leads and an easier way to reach out to people.

  • I have not had any issues with the software

Veeva OpenData is great for Sales teams! It helps to track customer engagement quickly and provides warmer leads. This makes it 10x easier to reach out to prospects without it being awkward.
