We use IRM and Digital to automate and track exposure information. To ease administration the Digital forms tool is deployable to individuals who don't necessarily need to be full users of the IRM system which eases the administrative burden among other positive aspects.
We have also used RiskConsole/IRM to track asbestos claim dollar across multiple policy years.

Our main use surrounded the tracking of historic toxic tort claims that spanned multiple policy years. One of our carriers internally has the same capabilities but limits access to their systems to only a very high summary basis. By housing claims within the IRM system we can track those claims and spread losses across multiple policy years to validate the lead carrier spreading of losses.

Scheduling work comp payments is very clunky and opens us up for a lot of errors.
We use this product for claims management and processing with easy of use. The functionality of the system allows us to track each claims status and know when we need more information or when it’s time for us to proceed with certain actions. The main screen allows for searching through multiple different ways in the case that information we need isn’t being given to us by our members.

The notation functions within the system works well for us in the event that someone else needs to access the files to obtain information, there is an absence, or for auditing purposes to track what each employee is doing and when.
Ventiv claims helps us to track and process the claims we receive daily. This seamless application provides us with the ease of use. Their customer support has been outstanding as they always make themselves available and follow through on answering all of our questions. When issues arise they are on top of assisting us with getting it resolved.

Claims Management for workers compensation, injured workers on the job. We input all new claims and manage the old ones. We use the system to run numerous reports, pay invoices and issue/manage payments, bank reconciliation, record notes, send correspondences to claimants, insureds and other legal or medical, and we send compliance reports to the state departmentas well as CMS.

The customization available in Ventiv Claims is awesome. Being able to have custom reports and fields makes our small company feel "bigger". However certain features, for example, SSO and document scanning, make us realize how small we are because the implementation and annual fees are a too expensive to justify spending for the amount of users we have and revenue we generate.
