Daily operations such as data maintenance/clean-up, download, reports, direct bill invoicing. The product addresses inconsistencies in data (via reporting tool) which can then be fixed. Reports are run monthly or more frequently to ensure information is accurate when upper management view production analysis.

- workflow is adjustable based upon agency's needs
- several reporting options
Cons
- notes function does not automatically show user entering note
- need ability to search activities (I think this is coming soon)
- too many premium fields in policy data
