We found one system among many systems that work much better than the others, Cyber Recruiter simplifies the work, automates the ability to choose a new colleague. It was implemented very quickly, we personally take care of customizing it to our liking so that the hiring of new staff is much better and the staff with the ideal characteristics that we request is chosen. Since we acquired it, the benefits did not take long to become known, since the entire process was very simple and dynamic.

Pros

Applicants can quickly view our talent acquisition campaigns and quickly apply, the system is very dynamic and allows for proactive interaction.
The templates are customizable and allow us to edit them to our liking.
It is very automatic and saves us time, the manual hiring process as we knew it does not exist because Cyber Recruiter simplifies the hiring from start to finish.

Cons

Some of our colleagues in our department think it's expensive software, but when they see how easy the whole process of recruiting new staff is, they realize it's one of the best HR software out there today.

If you want to choose the staff that meets all the requirements you need, you should know that this is the ideal software, since Cyber Recruiter is very customizable, every day choosing new staff is much better with this system, there are no mistakes in the decisions and, over time, the chosen people remain just as proactive.

Cyber Recruiter is an ideal system to be able to acquire new personnel, the implementation is very easy, we had no problems during this process. Making the right decision was always a problem before because everything was manual, but now that we have this software, we automate the recruitment efficiently.

Pros

It improves our chances of finding a good candidate.
Candidates who want to apply for a job position have the ability to apply without any inconvenience.
It has a simple user interface and ideal technical support to solve unexpected problems.

Cons

Our experience with Cyber Recruiter has been the best, we have had no problems, the recruitment system has simplified our manual work and improved the recruitment of new staff.

Personnel selection is an extensive process, before we did it manually, and it was much longer and more tedious, now that we have implemented Cyber Recruiter in our organization, we streamline the steps and improve the quality of our selection. The implementation was very fast and the support team members helped us with the parts that we didn't know what to do.

Pros

The good thing about Cyber Recruiter is that it has a good database, plus I can get back in touch with applicants I've talked to before.
Cyber Recruiter takes care of the selection process from start to finish, this function allows us to trust that the choice will be the right one.
Anyone who wants to apply can do so quickly.

Cons

Some colleagues from the Human Resources department found the use of Cyber Recruiter complicated, but in my opinion I do not see it that way, because it is a very automatic software and allows the process of selecting new personnel to be simple and lighten the load.

Update your knowledge and immerse yourself in this software, because it will improve the selection of candidates, you will know that the applicants have gone through different tests and you will have the certainty that the chosen one will be the correct one.

The human resources department has incorporated Visibility Software Cyber Recruiter as the main tool to hire the best talent in the industry, this time has been possible with the creation of personalized forms according to the requirements of our vacancies, we have the possibility of modifying the forms so that people who want to apply can fill out certain information that facilitates and speeds up hiring, we publish this form on our social networks to expand the range of our request and in an automated way, this tool keeps track of the capabilities of all users who filled out the form. Our talent management system uses the dashboard and reporting functions to have better clarity when making the decision, we can also access the history of the recruitment management that shows us what is the most important need that we must work on.

Pros

The personalization of the forms is without a doubt the best thing about this tool, we can ask specific questions so that job applicants can send us detailed and precise information, we can also limit the number of words in the forms to achieve more specific answers.
Talent management has improved with the historical reports of recruitment and specific requirements of the company.

Cons

The cost of the licenses may be the only problem, to generate we consider what has a good added value.

Talent management must be managed with Visibility Software Cyber Recruiter to have historical reports of our needs in our position, this can generate much more accurate results in terms of talent management and remarkable results. I recommend publishing job offers or short forms so that applicants for these vacancies can enter accurate information and thus achieve what is going to work without any inconvenience.

Cyber Recruiter is a web-based program that solves all problems related to it. Through it, we can follow up job applications for new employees and follow up existing employees through a fairly smooth interface, but it needs some training to become easy to work on human resources and facilitates work and job hiring of work applications through it.

Has a lot of bugs.
Needs training to be able to work on it.
Stack and needs refreshing.

Through Cyber Recruiter we can display and check the resumes of the employees, and it automatically extracts the skills for each candidate and automatically selects the appropriate employee for each job according to the job requirements. It also facilitates communication between them and the human resources employees. But I think it needs some improvement to be easy.

An ATS that is very easy to implement, the technical support service is the most attentive I have found, they are always willing to attend to any of our needs, it is a software that minimizes the personnel selection process, using it is complex for people who have no previous experience, but it was relatively easy for us, the ability to show us the best options is powerful, Cyber Recruiter's automation allows us to be comfortable in the selection process because we know that the option will be the best for us.

Pros

Applicants are added directly to the platform, which I really liked because it streamlines the process from start to finish.
Customer service is attentive to any eventuality that may arise, I am pleased to know that they are always with me in the process of selecting new personnel.
The database is extensive and offers us many candidates to choose from.

Cons

For people who have no prior knowledge of this type of software, using it can be a bit tricky, the learning curve is steep for people with no experience.

If you need to acquire new personnel, Cyber Recruiter is a good option, since it reduces the process to select new personnel, acquiring it is relatively cheap and the automation features that this software has reduced the difficulty of manual selection. I used Cyber Recruiter when I worked for a government contractor. Cyber Recruiter was used primarily within the human resources department to source candidates and as an applicant tracking system.

Pros

Easy to navigate.
Great onboarding experience.

Cons

Even though it was easy to navigate, I would have liked an easier training manual.
Being informed of new advancements via training materials.

We have been using Cyber Recruiter in our Human Resources department throughout our organization. Our business has four sectors, and each sector has their own recruiting team. Each team uses Cyber Recruiter to track our candidates that we are having go through the interview/hiring/onboarding process. Using this database has been helping us to keep everything on track; keep everything going smooth; making sure no candidate gets stuck in some part of the process, rather than doing everything by paper which can be a complete mess.

Pros

It is real easy to add candidates to the system and it is really easy to find candidates who are already in the system. Everyday I have to look up a candidate to send them an email confirming their interview is happening, or update their status to show they are moving forward or not moving forward.
It is also very easy to route resumes to either the recruiters or the hiring managers. All the hiring managers have to do once they get the email is look at the resume and then choose a status whether or not to bring them in for an interview, with maybe some feedback as to why they chose what they chose. It makes it very simple!
I really love the email templates that you can create in Cyber. It makes it much more simple rather than typing the same email that you have to send to candidates all the time. There are many emails that are the same format that I send out everyday, and Cyber really helps me not to make a small mistake by having those templates that you can create.

Cons

One thing that would be really helpful is for Cyber to accept .pdf formats of resumes. Many candidates now have their resume as a pdf, not word, and it is a shame that I have to copy and paste their resume into their system, which ruins the candidates' formatted resume. If anything that is the big thing that could use a change: Cyber should accept both word docs and .pdfs
Sometimes Cyber gets a bit slow when I try saving a note, or send an email through Cyber. It is not often, and it does eventually go through in the end. I did check to see if it was the internet but everything else was running just fine, so I know it is Cyber when it happens. It gets stressful at times when you have a bunch of things to do in the day through Cyber, and it is acting very slow.

Even though there are some times where it gets really slow, or it doesn't accept certain formats of resumes, it has been working to get things done the whole entire time. It has helped us get each candidate from the pre-screening process all the way through the on-boarding/hiring process - and even to the day of orientation/first day on the job. Cyber Recruiter works well for the hiring process and all four of our sectors use it.
