Vivun is a step in the right direction, but needs time to mature
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Salesforce is not a tool that is very conducive to the pre-sales technical workflow for a sales opportunity. Enter Vivun. Hero, by Vivun is made specifically for the sales engineering team to manage opportunities, record notes, run reports on opps, submit product enhancement requests, and gauge the validity of certain opportunities from a technical perspective.

Likelihood to Recommend
There are some major gaps in feature functionality that I would expect for a tool that is supposed to integrate well with SFDC. For instance, notes do not format in SFDC the way they do in Hero, by Vivun. Also, sales notes do not carry over from SFDC to Hero, by Vivun, so I still find myself logging into SFDC to view important info.
