Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Zeal as our End-to-End Contract management system. The goal was to have a CLM system that can support the existing nearly $1B company but flexible enough to allow for new problems/situations as the business grows and expands into new services.

- New feature request process - they tend to ask a lot of questions regarding my request.

- Allowed sales to send out templates without modification.
- Automated tracking of data from contract templates sent out.
