I mostly train other folks how to use Zoho Lens but our company relies on this in order to provide high-quality communication to our vendor partners out in the field that serves the key duplication kiosks located inside the stores and retailers that we are installed in. We currently have about 5K or so machines in the fleet so this really helps us collaborate with our vendors remotely.

Likelihood to Recommend
It's an excellent tool to stay in touch remotely across different teams and collaborate. There are a variety of issues that our technicians can encounter in the field so Zoho Lens enables us to simulate any parts needed in order to service the machines and helps us identify hardware issues more quickly.
